Samsung Post Purchase
When people switch from Apple to Samsung, they struggle. Most switch back. Big problem.
To fix it we went bigger.
In close colab with Samsung, I shot a mobile native content series to introduce people to all the super-cool things their new Samsung device could do. 50+ pieces of bespoke content. 4 shoots over 22 days. Produced over 18 months.
Every video was filmed 9x16 (mobile/social optimised), under 20 secs, with a formula to maximise engagement (thumb-stopping moment > title card > feature scene > call to action). All content drove users to the Get Started website that housed the how-to tutorials.
This was a hugely successful program for Samsung. Some examples follow.
